Event Overview

Our 2-day fundraiser event will help VPU execute their mission of providing affordable stable housing to Veterans and Veteran families through the use of shared living, single family residences, and ultimately a path to home ownership.

*During the 2-day event, seasoned real estate professionals will share their knowledge and experience to empower you on your own path to professional success.

*Meaningful networking will take place before, during and after.

*Lunch will be provided both days.

*Friday, a happy-hour boat ride on beautiful Lake Norman will be available (additional cost).

*The event will end with a lively auction.  

*All proceeds from admission tickets and auction go directly to Veteran's Path Up.*

Your support allows VPU to achieve their vision of every honorably discharged Veteran who has dreamt of home ownership, to be shown a path.


Auction

Happy Hour Boat Ride

On Friday, July 13th, a 1.5 hour Happy Hour Boat Ride will take place on Lake Norman.  Beer, wine and snacks will be included.   This will be a great opportunity for additional networking and to explore the beautiful man-made lake. The boat ride is an additional cost of $97 per person; 35 ppl max. 


Venue

Ingersoll Rand has generously donated their conference space for our fundraising event.  

All attendees will need to go through security.  Full names of all registered attendees have been submitted to the venue. Please allow extra time to process through the check point.

The campus is easy to navigate.  Please park in Lot E (Building E) and walk over to Building C where the seminar is taking place.

Hotel 

A block of rooms have been reserved 2.2 miles from the conference venue at Homewood Suites by Hilton - Davidson.  Room rate is $125 a night.

A shuttle will be available to take attendees to and from the conference venue both days.  
The morning shuttle will depart the hotel at 7:45 am.
The afternoon shuttle will depart Ingersoll Rand at 5:15 pm.
